Plan your itinerary ahead of time
To visit the famous Inca Citadel you will need entrance tickets. Buy your Machu Picchu entrances before of hand at: http://www.machupicchu.gob.pe

Please consider that after your journey with us you will arrive to the Aguas Calientes train station. Then you will need to take a bus that takes no longer then 20 minutes to climb the mountain to arrive to Machu Picchu. It is possible to buy the bus tickets in Aguas Calientes town or you can make it in advance at: http://www.consettur.com

Luggage restrictions


INCA RAIL carriages do not have luggage racks on board. Each travel ticket entitles its bearer to board the train with only one piece of hand luggage (backpack, handbag, or briefcase) weighing no more than 08 kg/11 lb and with dimensions of no more 62 linear inches/157 linear cm (height + length + width).

Inca Rail will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to valuables inside passenger‘s luggage.
