1. The “We help you manage your visit to Machu Picchu 2027” campaign is valid for purchases made between September 21 and December 31, 2026, applicable to trips to be taken during 2027. 2. The information in this campaign is valid only for the following packages and/or tours:

3. Valid for domestic and foreign passengers.

4. Includes the train reservation service according to the package and/or service selected by the passenger.

5. The purchase of the package includes the reservation of admission to Machu Picchu for the date and time selected by the passenger, which is subject to availability confirmation by the Ministry of Culture. If there is no availability on the chosen date and/or time, Inca Rail will contact the passenger to coordinate an alternative date and/or time within the campaign period. Only if no availability is found for any alternative coordinated with the passenger will the amount paid be refunded. Except in this case, once the purchase has been made, no changes, modifications, rescheduling or cancellations requested by the passenger are allowed.

6. This campaign does not apply to dates considered “blackout dates” by Inca Rail, including: December 25 and 31, January 1, Easter Week, Inti Raymi, Peru’s Independence Day holidays (Fiestas Patrias), as well as public holidays and/or festive dates in 2027. These dates will be clearly communicated and displayed during the booking process.

7. If the selected circuit and/or time slot is not available, we will contact the passenger to make the arrangements indicated in section 5 above.

8. The selected circuits are subject to availability from the Ministry of Culture according to the 2027 ticket release stock.

9. Inca Rail will not be responsible for the inability to provide services in the case of force majeure or fortuitous events, including but not limited to government provisions, social conflicts, weather conditions or other external factors.

10. The prices and discounts indicated include the Value Added Tax (VAT).

11. For all matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions, Inca Rail’s General Terms and Conditions shall apply, available at https://incarail.com/es/centro-de-ayuda/terminos-y-condiciones.

12. Participation in this “Early Reservations for trips to Machu Picchu 2027” campaign implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
