• Change the travel date without penalty up to 24 hours before the travel time of the train of the first section: Travel date changes valid from January 11, 2020 to December 31, 2022. Subject to payment of rate differences. Maximum once per travel ticket.
• Change of passenger name without fare update until 3 days before train departure. Applies only for the same date of travel, time, service, route, number and type of passengers and type of travel (RT, OW). Maximum once per travel ticket.
• Refunds are allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the travel date of the train of the first section.
• Returns do not apply to promotional rates.

Terms and Conditions of Tourist Packages

• The cancellation of the Tourist Package for reservations of up to nine (09) passengers applies as long as it has been notified with an anticipation of not less than seven (07) days of the date and time scheduled for the start of the package provision.
• The rescheduling of the start date of the Tourist Package provision up to 48 hours before for reservations made in 2020, with a travel period until December 22, 2021.
• After that, they will be allowed as long as it is requested seven (07) days before the date and time set for the start of the service.
• Changes in passenger data and ownership of the Tourist Package whenever it is requested seven (07) days before the date.
