Commitment against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA)

Inca Rail S.A., identified with RUC N° 20515164945, reaffirms its commitment to the fight against sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. Therefore, we denounce and condemn those who use the tourism activity to facilitate or cover up these crimes.

Our Commitment

We categorically reject all forms of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents, as it constitutes a serious violation of their fundamental rights and is completely incompatible with the principles that govern tourism activity in our country. Likewise, we denounce and condemn those who use the tourist activity, its services or facilities as a means to promote, facilitate or tolerate any act of child sexual exploitation. By virtue of this, we reaffirm our commitment to the protection of children and the promotion of responsible, safe and ethical tourism.

How to Report?

If you are aware of any situation of child sexual exploitation, we urge you to report it to the competent authorities:

  • Line 100: Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (Women's Emergency Center).

  • Line 1818: Ministry of the Interior.

  • National Police: Go to the nearest police station.
