You can visit any of our 4 Inca Rail ticket offices. Our team will review your request and guide you according to availability and current conditions at the time of service.

  • Your issuance number (NE), found on your payment receipt.
  • The email address you used when purchasing your train ticket.
  • The new date, time, service, or passenger details, depending on the type of request you wish to make.
