We would like to inform you that, due to an unforeseen natural event that has caused a rockslide on the railway tracks and is preventing the normal operation of our services, we are required to immediately suspend our operations on the Ollantaytambo–Machu Picchu Pueblo route until further notice due to force majeure.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation, which is beyond our control, may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding.
