Dear Passengers,

We would like to inform you that, due to a natural event that caused a rockslide onto the railway tracks, affecting the normal operation of our train services, the railway infrastructure concessionaire has ordered the immediate suspension of train operations on the Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu Pueblo route.

This measure will remain in effect throughout Wednesday, August 5, and until further notice.

In the meantime, we will continue operating under a contingency plan to evacuate passengers currently in Machu Picchu Pueblo to Ollantaytambo, following the instructions and operational guidelines established by the railway concessionaire.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation, which is beyond our control, may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Our team will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide timely updates regarding the resumption of train services through our official communication channels.
