Following our previous communication regarding the suspension of railway services due to the collision reported today, we would like to share the following operational update:
The following evacuation train from Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes) to Ollantaytambo has been confirmed: • Frequency: 42 • Departure time: 8:30 a.m.
All passengers are requested to proceed to boarding. This service is intended exclusively for evacuation purposes, with the safety and well-being of our passengers being our top priority at all times.
Our team will continue providing on-site assistance and maintain ongoing coordination. Any additional updates will be communicated in a timely manner through our official channels.
If you have already been evacuated on another train, please disregard this message.
