We would like to inform you that, due to an incident that occurred today at approximately 1:25 p.m. in the Pampacahua area, along the Ollantaytambo–Machu Picchu Pueblo railway route, train operations have been temporarily suspended by order of the railway concessionaire, Ferrocarril Transandino S.A. (FTSA).

We are currently awaiting authorization from the railway concessionaire to reopen the railway and allow us to resume our operations.

This situation may cause delays and affect some of our scheduled services. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our passengers and employees.

We will keep our passengers informed regarding the resumption of services through our official communication channels.
