Official Notice: Temporary Suspension of Operations

Dear passengers, Due to social protests and restrictions in the Machu Picchu area, all our train services, bimodal transport, and packages including Machu Picchu have been suspended until further notice. The railway operator, FETRANSA, has informed us that operations will only resume once the necessary safety conditions are restored. Therefore, it is currently not possible to confirm a resumption date; however, as soon as we receive the corresponding authorization and safety guarantees, we will immediately communicate this through our official channels. At Inca Rail, we care about the safety and well-being of all our passengers. For this reason, we will only resume operations when we can ensure that safety conditions are adequate, and we will transparently share every update in the process.
